Public Hearing Module 2 - Wednesday 22 May 2019 and Thursday 23 May 2019

Public Hearing Module 2 provided a perspective on how the conflict in Afghanistan has impacted on the lives of people who live there, provided an opportunity for non-government core participants to respond to presentations on military and political matters in Public Hearing Module 1, examined the limits and restrictions on the use of lethal force by New Zealand forces in the conflict (Rules of Engagement) and canvassed the rules governing the detaining of people by New Zealand forces there.
